1.Usage:

Numerical control model, is used for making all kind of tubes,such as sticky tape tube, cloth roller tube,tissue paper tube,body of paper cans.

2.Feature:

-- High cutting precision. The machine equipped with digital cutting blade, cutting table works synchronism with tube.

-- Cutting table is formed by precise ball screw and high performance servo motordrive

-- Main motor adopted vector type of high torque inverter for speed regulation, electronic gear from second gears and endless speed regulation from first gears.

-- Adopted PLC digital control system and colorful touch screen man-machine interface.

-- Encoder for testing length so as to ensure high cutting precision at different speed.

-- Modularization electric layout design for easy scientific using, maintaining and repairing.

-- With multi-function bottom ply device and auto stopping when paper has been cut off.
